Gamma2 Del B

Gamma² Delphini is the brighter star of Gamma Delphini, a wide double in Delphinus about 116 light-years away that marks a corner of the asterism “Job’s Coffin”. Seen in a modest telescope, the orange subgiant and its yellow-white companion, Gamma¹ Delphini, are often called one of the prettiest pairs in the sky.
